any more. john mccain and lindsey graham because every damn sunday, you turn on the sunday shows. who has their ugly mugs on t.v.? john mccain and lindsey graham on every one of the freakin shows. sometimes more than one. but if they are not on fox, they are on abc. if they are not on ab. c, they are on the "meet the press." if they are not on "meet the press" they are on quite state of the union." they are always dumping on everything obama is doing over and over and over. there are 100 senators. right? alt every sunday do we have to here that idiot lindsey graham from south carolina who has become the biggest scourge of the republican party, the u.s. senate and john mccain who ish something maybe to say 20 years ago but he doesn't have today. it's the same ol' gabble. there they were again yesterday, trotting them out, lindsey graham was on face the nation, and john mccain on fox news sunday. so lindsey graham still doesn't know enough about benghazi and he is not going to let chuck hagel go forward unless we find out some more. >> i don't think

president biden is saying america is ready for change but senator john mccain seems to think that some action might not even be possible. you might have heard this clip already. at a town hall yesterday a woman whose son was killed in the aurora, colorado, movie theatre shooting asked about assault rifles. this is what senator mccain had to say. >> i can tell you right now you need some straight talk. the assault weapons ban will not pass the congress of the united states. >> john: i respect his desire to be blunt. i don't know that it had to be so belittling. the american people might be ready but is mccain right? congress isn't going to go for it? >> i know karen. i've met her. i've heard the story about alex. i admire what she did to stand up in a public venue like that and share her personal story of a loss in her family. i think more of us should do that in a public way directly to our members. that's why it made me more disappointed with senator mccain's cold response. they don't want their member to react to a constituent in that way. i hope the vast majority of arizonans rememb

're not just dumping on a few people and not doing it in a dumb way. senators like john mccain have made similar statements to what scott said. your republican governor, along with other governors around the country, said they want congress to stop the sequester, stop these cuts. but i just have to be honest with you. there are too many republicans in congress right now who refuse to compromise even an inch when it comes to closing tax loopholes and special interest tax breaks. and that's what's holding things up right now. keep in mind nobody's asking them to raise income tax rates. all we're asking is to consider closing tax loopholes and deductions that the speaker of the house, john boehner, said he was willing to do just a few months ago. he said there were a bunch of loopholes and deductions you could close. said you could raise $800 billion, $1 trillion by closing loopholes. we're not even asking for that much. all we're asking is that they close loopholes for the well-off and well connected, for hedge fund managers or oil companies or corporate jet owners who are all doing very w
